Dream Catching

Wherein lies the potential identification in a collaborative action? What symbolic values are represented in rituals? What is being mediated by the meditation on repetitive movement? What is it that we somehow know but can’t articulate and yet so is being perceived and communicated.

Dream Catching is an attempt to understand collective actions and ritual structures and it’s connection to nature and mysticism. The work embodies references to contemporary environmental movements but also to contemporary Folklore and myths. It is a meditation on a collaborative act potentially sustaining a collective dream.
